All - This collection contains sounds from the Canary Collection and the University of Washington sound effects collection. It also includes some new recordings of steel pans, hand drums, and other percussion instruments made and recorded by Professor Smith over the years.
Film - This collection is composed of some of the most demanded on screen sound effects by the most popular film – Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Jurassic Park and 20+ others. Sound effects in this collection are organized by film and scene and can be lo-f and hi-f stand alone.
Screen - This collection contains the most famous of the century's full screen sound effects created by the University of Washington Sound Department. These new sounds are part of a new large collection of sound effects contributed to the New York library of American University. These will include all of the University sounds of sounds made by the New York library as well as the first installment of the rich collection of sound effects created by Professor Smith.
Science - The sounds heard in films made for educational purposes address the importance of the relationship between sound and communication in the cross-fertilization of musicians and scientists.
Workshop - This collection contains sounds made for workshops, and is designed to help students and educators learn and apply lesson concepts in creative ways. The sounds in this collection are published under the Creative Commons C.O.R. license and are free for use in any educational project.
Other Collections - The sounds in this collection include sounds for serious games and educational projects. NEW - In this collection are cool ocarina sounds recorded from around the world. These are under the Creative Commons C.O.R. license and are happy to share with anyone.
