SAMMAMISH, Wash. -- The Boyer family is one 350 American families fighting to bring their legally adopted children home from the Democratic Republic of the Congo. This week, the Boyers and other families from across the county will take their fight to Washington, D.C. where they will meet with members of Congress in an effort to get more support and help in order to bring these children home.More than 18 months ago, the African county stopped taking the final step to allow the children to leave the county for their new adopted home, despite being legally adopted. For Jason and Jennefer Boyer, the adoption process started more than two years ago. They wanted to add two young orphan boys to their current family that includes two little girls.\\\"Our draw was to Africa and later we found Congo was the best match for us,\\\" said Jennefer Boyer, who is desperate to bring her 5- and 2-year-old boys to their home in Sammamish. After a major six month screening process, Jason and Jennifer became the legal parents of Andre and Luke. They flew to DR Congo to bring the boys home, but the Congolese government would not take the final step of issuing an exit letter to release the boys. \\\"We are their parents and a parent's duty is to take care of their children,\\\" Jennefer Boyer said. \\\"And they're not letting us fulfill the duty we thought we had.\\\"The U.S. Department of State told the Boyers and other families that they'll have to wait until new adoptive laws are written in DR Congo -- a process that won't even begin until September.\\\"Our biggest fear is that it's going to drag on forever and that there won't even be a resolution,\\\" said Jason Boyer.Meanwhile, little Andre and Luke are currently in foster care in DR Congo while the Boyers do everything they can to bring their young boys home.\\\"We want our children to know and everyone else to know what a struggle this is and that we're not giving up,\\\" said Jason Boyer.Meetings in Washington D.C. get under way Monday.
I knew I wanted the espadrilles as soon as I saw them. I thought they had sold out at one point but the rep I spoke to via Etsy informed me that more would be coming and to watch out for the link as it became available. It was not long before they were restocked and I snapped them up. They arrived only a few days later in beautiful, sustainable packaging. The classic simplicity of these shoes are just divine and I will treasure these very special beauties forever. Simone.
I recently purchased some of your beautiful sandals for my bridesmaids and myself. They were the perfect addition especially for a beach wedding. I had to return some as the sizing was not right and the service I received was fantastic the turn around was so quick. I would highly recommend forever soles! - Emma Williams.
Custom Clip Request: You have eaten 5 other tiny girls, and you are lounging around with a full belly. You rub your stomach saying how packed it is full of squirming, struggling girls. You are stuffed. Then you see me, your tiny best friend. You tell me how you found these tiny girls who got lost, and swallowed them whole. Now they are slowly digesting in your belly. It is so packed in there, you might be able to fit one more at most. You look at me with curiosity, thinking. Then you decide to try it. You pick me up and swallow me too. Then you continue to lounge around feeling your belly. Talk about how full and packed your belly is, and how cramped it must be in there for all of the tinies squished together in there. There's barely any room to wriggle in there, and you are going to digest us all slowly throughout the day. You think of me, your tiny friend. We were best friends forever, but now im reduced to being food and digested like the rest of the tiny girls. I thought I was going to graduate and get a good job, maybe start a family. But no, my fate is to go in the belly of my best friend and digest like all the other tinies. You have no regrets. 781b155fdc
