The reason Atlanta is so susceptible to a housing bubble is that the city's cheap rents and high costs of housing mean one and a half million people who could afford a mortgage of $200,000 can't, resulting in a massive oversupply of housing. This has been happening throughout the country —
We spent the day walking around the neighborhood, checking out the new and old construction, peering into the new art galleries, and, of course, inhaling the thousands of scents of home-cooked food (we’re talking about you, Chef Songgeun Kim ). We also drank and ate our way around the neighborhood, starting with the Brennan Vineyards tasting room, where they served us a three-course degustation of wines from the Santa Ynez Valley. For $49, we were impressed by the variety and quality of the wines, especially after learning they were all made by the same winemaker. We also had the opportunity to taste other local wineries, including The Wine Lab (which is in the old radio station building from the late 1930s), and Diversetast , a wine shop run by a trio of sisters.
Just north of Inman Park, in the area known as Clarkston, lofts are going up like crazy with new residents dropping $400,000 for a one-bedroom. Even that seems like a big price tag, but if you're a fashion designer or a photographer , a one-bedroom in the Clarkston district is what you pay for. The two-bedroom places go for $500,000 to $700,000. Most of the new construction is being built by a local developer, Clarkston builder, and a subdivision called The Parks.
If another hacker does this, then they will be able to put any game on the ps3 in a matter of minutes! and that means that Sony will be out of the console market for good. We have seen what happens when sony doesn't support games anymore. Nintendo is turning a profit, now it is time for Sony to do the same, or else they are dead.
I don't see the appeal of owning a Sony PS3, and I don't see the value of the PS3 as an entertainment device. Sony has become one of the most untrustworthy companies in the gaming industry in my eyes. 827ec27edc
